Bancroft School

The Bancroft School Apartments is a mixed-use, affordable housing redevelopment project located in the Manheim Neighborhood. This school was the jewel of the area at one point in time and will be a stepping stone towards revitalizing the neighborhood. The Bancroft School Apartments will achieve a new national standard for energy efficiency, sustainability, and design in multi-family affordable housing while achieving LEED Platinum status.
