Dialogue of Discovery

We begin our process with a conversation to facilitate a larger stakeholder dialogue. This process is a replicable one, but it still allows each community to define their project locally.

We look beyond project boundaries to understand the challenges for the site in relation to the neighborhood.

We have found the needs for green infrastructure and connectivity of urban design are often linked. We work to create spaces that are reflective of our evolving cities, communities and natural environments by instilling regenerative systems into our creative design solutions. We find it important to involve communities in our design process and believe in implementing projects that can function on a complex scales that provide benefits to humans, nature, and a sense of place.

We can help visualize project opportunities when people often see constraints.
We know from experience that big visions are actually easier to accomplish than their less popular cousin – the “not so interesting vision.” However, big visions have to be grounded in a deep understanding of the physical and market constraints with real data.
